Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This picture illustrates a moment in the video, which director Grant Singer regarded as 'accidental'. In the filming process, the removal of the payphone from its hook was not seen. Singer decided to keep the initial shot as it synchronized with the rhythm of the song.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	No free media exists or could be created that shows Lorde's image in this video.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original artwork.
