Der Reitersoldat Reburrus war germanischer Herkunft und diente in einer Hilfstruppeneinheit des römischen Heeres. Die Ala Frontoniana war im ersten Jahrhundert erst in Bonn, dann in Moers-Asberg stationiert. Reburrus ist als Sieger über die Germanen dargestellt.

Reburrus was van Germaanse afkomst en diende in een hulptroepeneenheid van het Romeinse leger. De Ala Frontoniana was in de eerste eeuw eerst in Bonn, dan in de omgeving van Moers Asberg gestationeerd. Reburrus is als overwinnaar van de Germanen voorgesteld.

Reburrus was of German descent and served in an auxialiary unit of the Roman Army. In the 1st century the Ala Frontoniana was stationed first in Bonn, then in the area of Moers-Asberg. Reburrus is depicted as a victor over the Germans.
