Description
English: On 11 March 1986, President Soeharto delegated General (Ret) Poniman, Minister of Defence and Security, to visit Irian Jaya to convey the fiscal years Project Forms (PF) to the easternmost province. Looking into the figures the amount of the fund for the 1986-1987 fiscal year is by far less than that the of previous year.
