English: Gongurólvur is a Faroese wooden rowing boat, a 6-mannafar. On Joansøka 2011 rowing race the boat won the race for the category 6-mannafør women. This is the crew just after they got the trophy and gold medals. Later that year they won the Faroese Championship as well after completing the 7 rowing races held around the islands in June and July. The final race is always on Olavsoka in Tórshavn on 28 July. Gongurólvur is the second most winning boat in the category 6-mannafør women in the period 1973-2011 with 43 gold, 42 silver and 30 bronze.
Føroyskt: Manningin á Gongurólvi 6-mannafør kvinnur á Jóansøku 2011. Myndin er tikin beint eftir at tær fingu steyp og gull heiðursmerki handað. Gongurólvur vann eisini FM hetta árið. Gongurólvur er næst mest vinnandi báturin hjá 6-mannaførum við kvinnum. Báturin hevur í hesum bólki vunni 43 gull, 42 silvur og 30 bronsu heiðursmerki í tíðarskeiðnum 1973-2011.
