Summary

Description
English: Glenside railway station (site), Ayrshire
Opened in 1906 by the Maidens & Dunure Light Railway, which was part of the Glasgow & South Western Railway, on the loop line from Ayr to Girvan via Turnberry, this station closed to passengers in 1930. It reopened briefly for a year in 1931-32 but then closed permanently. View north east towards Knoweside and Ayr. The area has been landscaped as a country park and caravan site. No trace of the station apparently remains.
