Summary

Description
English: Glencarron Platform railway station (site), Highland. Opened in 1873 on the Highland Railway's line from Dingwall to Kyle of Lochalsh, this remote station closed in 1964. It had originally been for the sole use of the landowner but was later opened to all travellers. View south west from the trackside, towards Achnashellach and Kyle. 51 years after official closure, somebody appears to be looking after it.
