Ben Franklin presides over a luncheon, complete with Geno's cheesesteaks, after the Oct. 5 dedication of "Keys To Community," a nine-foot bronze sculpture of Ben Franklin by West Philadelphia sculptor James Peniston in Girard Fountain Park at 4th and Arch Streets in Philadelphia's Old City neighborhood. The work, which was commissioned by the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was partially funded by the Fire Department and by 1.8 million pennies donated by Philly schoolchildren. Keys To Community
