Description
English: Ginataang Kamansi with labahita, hipo, siling labuyo, at malunggay.

Kamansi or breadnut (Artocarpus camansi). Same genus of marang, chipuho, antipolo, and jackfruit. Wild ancestor of the domesticated Rimas or breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis). Oval or ovoid in shape with spiky exterior. Immature fruits are sliced thin and cooked like a vegetable.

Kamansi has different names in different regions: Pakak (Ilocano), Ugob (Bicol), Dalungyan (Southern Tagalog).
