English: Swedish made Jarmann repeating rifle "försöksmodell 1881" ("three-band" trials model, which apart from the number of bands on the stock was identical to the Norwegian Model 1884 Jarmann rifle), made by Carl Gustafs Stads Gevärsfaktori. The rifle was accepted in 1884 by the Norwegian army after the joint Swedish-Norwegian rifle trials of the early 1880's, it was also used in limited numbers by the Swedish Navy but not by the Swedish Army.
