Nelepp died in 1957, which ended his performances at the Bolshoi Theater and the need of the Theater to advertise them. There is no reason for the Bolshoi Theater (or anyone else) to create a free image. A mid-20th c. Soviet tenor, Nelepp is little known except among Russian opera fans. |
