Welllll.... I'm not sure who even *is* the owner. Not Georgia Mae's estate, I wouldn't guess. Probably not the estate of the photographer, as it was work done for hire I assume. Possibly a radio station, which one I can't tell -- WBZ, maybe -- or some other entity... her agent, who knows.
So, but assuming that you could find the copyright holder (if there even is one, it may well have been distributed without a copyright notice), well, yeah, I guess. I suppose you could make "retro" postcards and sell them or whatnot, make a few bucks. I'm not seeing this as very likely tho tbh. |
