Marquee reads "Geo. M. Cohan's Theatre Get Rich Quick Wallingford", advertising the play, written by Cohan, which opened the new theatre on Lincoln's Birthday, February 12, 1911. It transferred from the Gaiety Theatre, where it had opened successfully on September 19, so that the house could open with a Cohan play.
At right is Fitzgerald Building.
