Description Geoffrey Harold Woolley, VC, OBE, MC (14 May 1892 – 10 December 1968) was a Church of England priest, British Army officer and military chaplain. He was the first British Territorial Army officer to be awarded the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces
