Français : Deux hommes de chaque côté d'une jeune femme, contre un mur blanc. Celui de gauche regarde l'objectif d'un air ironique et calme, portant un chapeau de cowboy, un teeshirt beige à col boutonné largement ouvert, des bretelles, un patalon jean's, une ceinture avec étui à révolver et cartouches, une toile roulée sous son bras droit, se tenant les main au niveau de la taille. Elle, blonde, tient sa tête penchée à sa droite sur l'épaule du premier, d'un air rêveur et pensif, regardant au loin, sur sa gauche. Elle porte une robe claire à motif floral brun et un grand manteau masculin par dessus. De sa main gauche, elle tient le poignet de l'autre homme. Le second homme, brun frisé aux cheuveux longs et mal coiffés est typé, un peu rond avec un nez assez gros. Il regarde l'objectif d'un air inquiet et méfiant. Il a les bras nus et porte un bracelet de force en cuir au poignet gauche, un gilet noir ouvert, une écharpe de couleur verdâtre et un pantalon sombre rayé de gris clair. Sa main droite tient un révolver sur un ceinturon marron de cuir. Son bras gauche replié sur son torse tient un chapeau melon noir.

According to Law for the Protection of Copyright and Neighbouring Rights n.633, 22 April 1941 and later revisions, images of people or of aspects, elements and facts of natural or social life, obtained with photographic process or with an analogue one, including reproductions of figurative art and film frames of film stocks (Art. 87) are protected for a period of 20 years from creation (Art. 92). This provision shall not apply to photographs of writings, documents, business papers, material objects, technical drawings and similar products (Art. 87). Italian law makes an important distinction between "works of photographic art" and "simple photographs" (Art. 2, § 7). Photographs that are "intellectual work with creative characteristics" are protected for 70 years after the author's death (Art. 32 bis), whereas simple photographs are protected for a period of 20 years from creation.
