English: General Sir John Stuart Mackenzie Shea, commander of the 60th Division, and his staff after accepting the keys of the City of Jerusalem from the mayor Hussein al-Husayni, symbolising Ottoman surrender of the city to the British during World War I. The photo was later used in the Encyclopaedia Judaica 1927, illustration 74/237veg. (from back of photo)
