Title: Motorola V3 Razr.

Made of various metal alloys. Thinner than a pinkie when folded, it weighs under 100 grams. The backlit alloy buttons depress slightly for a pretty good ergonomic experience.

The U.S. launch was delayed behind China as Motorola was inking a carrier deal. (For the U.S., Cingular got a 3-month exclusive, but they demand a 2 year minimum contract).
