English: Penthemont Abbey is a set of 18th-century buildings, comprising 6,900 m², located in the listed area of the 7th district of Paris. The Abbey is classified as a historical monument. We acquired these buildings at 37-39 rue de Bellechasse in 2015
Français : L’Abbaye de Penthemont est un ensemble de bâtiments du 18e siècle, d’une superficie de 6 900 m², située dans le secteur sauvegardé du 7e arrondissement de Paris, inscrit et classé monument historique. L'ensemble est détenu par Gecina depuis 2015. Les bâtiments sont situés aux 37-39 rue de Bellechasse, ainsi qu'aux 104-106 rue de Grenelle.
