Description
English: The Garet Garrett House is a Colonial Revival home built in 1941 by the financial writer, Garet Garrett, to serve as his writing studio. He owned a larger home nearby. He died in 1954. Dr. Alison Price, who collaborated with William Rorer Inc. to produce Maalox, lived at the house with his wife Linda (Bricker) and four children, Franklin, Lowell, Alice and Robert from 1958 until his death in June of 1981.
