Français : Gare construite vers 1872 par le North Shore Railway qui, en 1875, cède ses actifs au gouvernement du Québec lequel crée le chemin de fer de Québec, Montréal, Ottawa & occidental. La voie atteint Montréal à la fin de 1877 et est vendue au Canadien Pacifique en 1885 qui affiche alors son nom sur les facades de la gare. La gare du Palais actuelle, de style château de la Loire, est construite en 1915 par le Canadien Pacifique.
English: Station built around 1872 by North Shore Railway which, in 1875, transferred its properties to Quebec Province Government which formed the Quebec, Montreal, Ottawa & Occidental Railway; the rails reached Montreal at the end of 1877 and the railway is sold to the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1885 witch adds its name on the walls of the station. Actual Palais Station is built in 1915 by CPR.
