Description
English: On the north side of Futu, or maybe already in Baisha (Yangxin County, Hubei). The red text at the top reads "Practice the Thought of Three Represents, advance the reform of the rural tax system (the word "reform" - 改革, is blocked by a billboard). This "Three Represents" ideology is fairly often mentioned in the signs in rural Hubei, even if you hardly seen it mentioned in Wuhan.
