Description
English: Photo of a damaged building (possibly the Daiwa Department Store) taken by Bert Cohen after the 1948 Fukui Earthquake. The back of the photo reads "one of the main ... buildings in Fukui which just collapsed killing hundreds." Photo digitally restored from the original - dust reduction, tears repaired, levels, colour adjustment.
