The former Franklin Building at 186 Remsen Street between Court and Clinton Streets in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, was built c.1890 and was designed by the Parfitt Brothers in a combination of the Romanesque Revival and Queen Anne styles. The building originally had another 1 1/2 stories, which were lost c. 1950. It is located in the Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District created in 2010.
