English: The full photo, seen at MPTV Images, is copyrighted 1978. The cropped portion seen here, however, was published prior to 1978 without a valid copyright notice, as was typical practice for the distribution of publicity photos at that time at Reprise Records and in general. Copyright was only forfeited for the portion of the photograph disclosed by the 1960s publicity photo, so e.g. the portion of Sinatra's suit below his collar that is unseen in the publicity photo is not in the public domain.
