Summary

Description
English: A proposed flag of France, possible design by Henri d'Artois, comte de Chambord. This flag appears twice in a book that belonged to the Count of Chambord, which is now in the library of the Flag Research Center, Winchester, Massachusetts. The Tricolors are modified, perhaps by the count's own hand, as a compromise with the tricolore and the royal fleur-de-lis combined.
