Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	The history of carriage disputes is replete with PR and advertising campaigns in which customers are urged to pressure either the carrier or content provider. This image illustrates one such campaign, as described in the article, between two notable parties: Time-Warner and Fox
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Any advertisement from an actual carriage dispute would, by definition, be copyrighted.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The resolution is much smaller than the original print advertising. At this writing, this is the only example in the article of its kind. (Ideally, though, the article would also include a converse example. This one is from Time Warner, a program distributor. For balance, there should be a second example from a program creator.
