DescriptionFort of Dun Channa - geograph.org.uk - 902586.jpg
English: Fort of Dun Channa Dun Channa is a fort built on a stack. The remains of a wall exist that averages about 2.0m in width increasing to 3.0m at the SE side of the central entrance. The interior of the fort is covered with thick vegetation and there are alleged medieval foundations.
There is some suggestion that the roughly built nature of the outer face of the fort wall may indicate a later date, but it may not be contemporary with the internal structures.
