Summary
| Description |
English: From 1890 - 1945 Fort McKinley served as a coastal artillery battery to protect Portland Harbor. It was abandoned after WWII and fell into disrepair. In The 1990's a developer did a historical rehabilitation and created the Diamond Cove Homeowners Association.
