Summary

Description Former site of Texaco's Beacon Research Center, outside Glenham, NY, USA. Most of the buildings Texaco built have been demolished since the complex was closed in 2003 following Texaco's merger with Chevron. Some historic mill buildings along Fishkill Creek that predated Texaco's purchase of the property in the 1930s remain; one is visible in the distance. North Beacon Mountain is visible in the background.
