English: A record of Breaksea lightvessel No.15, withdrawn in mid-1978 and which became the manned Channel lightvessel replacement in the English Channel following painting and renovation at Trinity House wharf, Kings Dock, Swansea. At this point, the former aft mast had been removed and a helideck added. It is not known when its role as a manned Channel lightvessel was replaced by an automated light vessel & weather station but records show that LV 15 was finally sold in 1988.
