Верхівка древка стрілоподібна з білого металу, в якій розміщено рельєфне зображення емблеми Національної поліції України. Зображення Знака Княжої Держави Володимира Великого (тризуба) на емблемі Національної поліції України золотистого кольору, щит малого Державного Герба України покритий емаллю синього кольору.
