Флаг представляет собой прямоугольное двухцветное полотнище, состоящее из горизонтальных полос: верхняя полоса зелёного цвета (4:5), нижняя — белого (1:5). На зелёном фоне белым и золотым цветом изображены три дерева, стилизованные под народный орнамент и два плуга.
