Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из двух горизонтальных полос: жёлтого (вверху, шириной 4/5 ширины флага) и зелёного цветов; в центре жёлтой полосы сложная фигура зелёного цвета, представляющая собой соприкасающийся нижними концами с зелёной полосой андреевский крест с удлинёнными и однократно гаммированными вниз верхними концами, к которым снизу примыкает по одной, параллельной гаммированнию, короткой (короче излома) полосе, а сверху (нижними концами) малый андреевский крест; выше сложной фигуры — тонкий контур вырубного креста зелёного цвета.
