Русский: Флаг Рязанского района, Рязанская область, Россия

«Прямоугольное жёлтое полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию фигур герба муниципального образования: в центре — изображение князя в красной епанче, зелёных шапке, сапогах и платье и в белых штанах, подпоясанного того же цвета поясом с ножнами; шапка и епанча оторочены чёрными соболями. Князь держит в правой руке белый меч, а в левой — пучок зелёных колосьев. Внизу полотнища, близко к нижнему краю — синяя волнистая полоса шириной в 1/7 ширины полотнища».

Флаг утверждён 21 марта 2013 года и внесён в Государственный геральдический регистр Российской Федерации с присвоением регистрационного номера 8492.
