List tvoří modrý žerďový pruh široký třetinu délky listu a osm střídavě bílých a červených vodorovných pruhů. V horní polovině žerďového pruhu vztyčený žlutý meč hořící sedmi červenými plameny. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
