Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище зелёного цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, с красной полосой вдоль верхнего края шириной 2/9 ширины полотнища. На полотнище жёлтым, оранжевым, белым и серым цветом изображены фигуры из герба Куйтунского муниципального образования.
