Жёлтое прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, с синей выщербленной полосой вдоль нижнего края полотнища в 1/4 от ширины полотнища воспроизводящее посредине жёлтой части полотнища малиновый (розовый) цветок лотоса над положенными внизу соединёнными у основания и расходящимися вверх и в стороны двумя зелёными стручками сои.
