«Флаг муниципального образования представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище голубого цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, в центре которого изображены фигуры из герба муниципального образования: положенные в левую перевязь лук, топор с каменным наконечником вниз и копье с каменным наконечником вверх, причём наконечник топора положен поверх остальных фигур; все фигуры жёлтого цвета».
