CREA EMBLEMAS HERALDICOS DE LA COMUNA
Cerro Navia, 26 de Noviembre de 1985.- Hoy se decretó lo que sigue:
1.- Declárase y téngase, como armas conocidas de la Comuna de Cerro Navia, las siguientes:
En campo de oro, un león rampante de sable que son las Armas familiares del poeta Pedro Prado Calvo, Premio Nacional de Literatura, ligado él y su distinguida familia a la historia de esta zona.
Bordadura de azur con ocho veneras de oro, tomadas de las armas Metropolitanas por pertenecer a la Comuna del gran Santiago.- Timbre: la corona mural de oro, forrada de gules, de las Municipalidades de Chile.
2.- La Bandera Comunal estará formada por tres fajas: la superior azul, la central amarilla y la de abajo negra.
