Прямоугольное полотнище голубого цвета с соотношением ширины к длине 2:3, внизу которого горизонтальная полоса белого цвета шириной 1/10 ширины полотнища, отстоящая от нижнего края полотнища на 1/10 ширины полотнища; в середине летящий к древку голубь белого цвета, держащий в красном клюве изогнутую к древку оливковую ветвь жёлтого цвета с листьями зелёного цвета.
