«Прямоугольное двухстороннее малиновое полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, с зелёной полосой вдоль нижнего края в 1/6 ширины полотнища и воспроизводящее фигуры муниципального образования „Баяндай“, выполненные жёлтым и белым цветом».

Описание герба: «В пурпурном поле на зелёной земле — серебряный с золотыми гривой, хвостом и копытами скачущий конь, сопровождённый вверху золотым солнцем в виде безанта и тремя серебряными облаками: малым слева вверху, средним справа вверху и большим, отчасти накрывающим границу безанта, слева ниже малого».
