Прямоугольное зелёное полотнище с соотношением ширины к длине 2:3 в центре которого жёлтое кольцо, обременённое зелёным кольцом орнамента в виде волн, бегущих против хода солнца. Внутри кольца — жёлтая тамга в виде прорезного ромба, процветшего вверху двумя закруглёнными ростками.
