Флаг муниципального района Альшеевский район представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище зелёного цвета с соотношением ширины к длине 2:3, в центре которого голубой диск, окаймлённый башкирским орнаментом „кускар“ жёлтого цвета, ограниченный внизу дубовой ветвью жёлтого цвета, на которой (внутри кольца) сидит обращённый к древку сокол жёлтого цвета. Габаритная высота диска составляет 3/4 ширины полотнища.
