Description
English: Title: First exclusive picture in new Supreme Court building. Members of the United States Supreme Court Advisory Committee on rules of Civil Procedure in an exclusive Harris & Ewing photograph which was the first to be made of any legal group in the new Court building. The committee is working out a uniform set of rules to be used in district courts to so as to secure one form of procedure. From the left, seated: Edison R. Sunderland, U. of Mich.; Charles E. Clark.
