Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution image and copies made from it will be of very bad quality.

3. Its inclusion in the article contributes to improve it because it is the only way to inform the reader of the artist's work, subject of the article.
4. This image illustrates relevant points within the text (the artist's work) and it does not serve a purely decorative purpose.
