Español: Ferrocarril FCAB cruzando el salar de Carcote, norte de Chile. El ferrocarril cubre la ruta AntofagastaCalamaOllagüeUyuniLa Paz, desde una altura de 0 metros sobre el nivel del mar en la ciudad costera de Antofagasta hasta 4,500 m y tiene una longitud total de 1,537. Las locomotoras tienen motores EMD GR12 2402, Clyde GL26C-2 2010 y Clyde GL26C-2 2005, mientras que el salar de Carcote tiene una superficie de 108 km².
English: FCAB railway crossing the Carcote salt flat, northern Chile. The train covers the route AntofagastaCalamaOllagüeUyuniLa Paz, from 0 metres above level in the coastal city of Antofagasta to over 4,500 metres (14,800 ft) and has a total length of 1,537 km (955 mi). The locomotives have engines EMD GR12 2402, Clyde GL26C-2 2010 and Clyde GL26C-2 2005 whereas the Carcote salt flat has a surface of 108 square kilometers (42 sq mi).
Polski: Prywatna linia kolejowa FCAB (skrót od hiszp. Ferrocarril de Antofagasta a Bolivia) przebiegająca przez solnisko Carcote (hiszp. Salar de Carcote) o powierzchni 108 km² położone w północnym Chile. Pociągi obsługują trasę AntofagastaCalamaOllagüeUyuniLa Paz o długości 1537 km, od 40 m n.p.m. w portowym mieście Antofagasta do 4815 m n.p.m. w Collahuasi. Widoczny na zdjęciu pociąg ciągną trzy lokomotywy Clyde Engineering GL26C-2 o numerach 2005, 2002 i 2003.
