Summary

Description
English: Fernándo Norzagaray y Escudero (1800 - 1860) — Spanish colonial Governor of Puerto Rico (1852 - 1855), and Governor-General of the Philippines (1857-1860).
  • In 1858 he established a botanical garden in the Philippines, the Jardín Botánico, on the site now known as Mehan Garden.
