Description
English: A maiolica plate from the Italian city of Faenza decorated in the celebrated Pomegranate style in blue and gold. In this particular piece, the pomegranate that gives its name to the style is not actually illustrated.
Italiano: Piatto di ceramica (Maiolica) tipico della città di Faenza decorato con il famoso stile del Melograno a colori blu ed oro. In questo particolare caso non è presente come soggetto un frutto di melograno che appunto dà il nome a questo tipo di stile.
