Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This file will sit beside a section on the history and scope of political prisoners. It enables readers to see a publication from a relatively prominent group of those who believe the US has political prisoners, which helps contextualize their beliefs and advocacy.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	I cannot find any similar document from the time which is both clearly marked as free and which highlight the claims of organizers who sought to highlight political prisoners in the United States.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This image highlights both the messaging used by Freedom Now and several political prisoners, which makes it an efficient use of non-free file space, as it serves the purpose that might have otherwise required multiple files.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Originally, this pamphlet would've been handed out for free to promote an event. The organization Freedom Now is now defunct and does not exist. The archival organization Freedom Archives provides this image free of charge and has no obvious commercial plans. In short, the image was intended to be distributed for free and remains that way.
