| Description |
English: A view of the front of 1100 Grand Concourse. Built in 1928, it is a pre-war art deco building located at East 166th Street and the Grand Concourse with spacious apartments that feature parquet hard wood floors, nine foot ceilings, good natural light, and stunning views of the Grand Concourse in the Bronx. Building amenities include: two elevators, trash chutes on every floor, clothes washers and dryers in the basement, large mailboxes in the lobby, and a live in superintendent and porter. The building has easy access to the (B) and (D) subway lines at 167th Street, only one block away. The (4) train is also nearby on River Avenue. There is also quick access to the BX1 and BX2 buses that run on the Grand Concourse at 165th Street. Building residents are only a short walk away from the picturesque Joyce Kilmer Park as well as the world famous Yankee Stadium. |
