Description U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt at dedication of "Roosevelt Mall" in City Park, New Orleans in 1937. Roosevelt is seated in back of car holding a microphone. Seated to the right of Roosevelt are Louisiana Governor Richard Leche, and further right New Orleans Mayor Robert Maestri. The boy standing on the running board beside Roosevelt is Paul Alfred Montreui. His father Paul Montreuil, Superintendent of City Park, stands at left wearing eyeglasses.
